When cameras became available to everyone and reduced in size we hardly notice, an invisible network of snoopers articulated. Watching other people can be offensive and intrusive, especially when the watching is unauthonized. There are a couple of scenarios of watching/being watched going on in the work. The enormous eyes on the wall are the unknown watchers, they are powerful and they are everywhere because they are networked, and you may be one of them.
